① 锅中add 80g soybean oil、80g 熟猪油heat to 160℃;

② 下入 50g 拍蒜、400g 蛋皮,炒香;

③ add 3000g 开水,bring to boil后煮 2 minutes;

④ add 1500g 泡好的腐竹、15g salt,bring to boil后煮 3 minutes,备用。
