Instructions

1. 180g soybean oilheat to 180℃,add 500g 调理肉丝stir-fry至肉丝until color changes;
1. 180g 大豆油烧至 180℃,下入 500g 调理肉丝煸炒至肉丝变色;

2. add 600g bamboo shoot strips、300g carrot丝、300g black fungus丝stir-fry均匀
2. 下入 600g 笋丝、300g 胡萝卜丝、300g 木耳丝翻炒均匀
