Instructions

1. 将 1800g potato片,在boiling water中焯水至七分熟,捞出备用;
1. 将 1800g 土豆片,在沸水中焯水至七分熟,捞出备用;

2. add 100g soybean oil、30g garlic子、7g dried red chilies、30g 泡小米辣,炒出香味;
2. 下入 100g 大豆油、30g 蒜子、7g 干红椒、30g 泡小米辣,炒出香味;

3. add焯水后的potato片、炒菜基料 1 袋,大火爆炒 2 minutes;
3. 下入焯水后的土豆片、炒菜基料 1 袋,大火爆炒 2 分钟;

4. add葱段,stir-fry均匀serve。
