胡萝卜
- 3dried red chilies适量
干红椒
- 4green onions适量

- 5diced chicken适量
宫保鸡丁调味酱(生姜、蒜、番茄酱、醋等)(来自成都圣恩生物)
- 6peanuts适量
花生米
- 7soybean oil适量
大豆油
Instructions

1. 180g soybean oilheat to 170℃,add 1050g diced chickenstir-fryuntil color changes;
1. 180g 大豆油烧至 170℃,下入 1050g 鸡丁煸炒变色;

2. pour in 250g carrot丁stir-fry至until surface becomes slightly soft;
2. 倒入 250g 胡萝卜丁翻炒至表面微软;

3. add 20g dried red chilies、250g peanutsstir-fry均匀;
3. 下入 20g 干红椒、250g 花生米翻炒均匀;

4. before removing from heatadd 250g green onions、230g 宫保diced chicken调味酱均匀stir-fry 40 秒。
4. 出锅前下入 250g 大葱、230g 宫保鸡丁调味酱均匀翻炒 40 秒。
