1. 锅中add 200g soybean oil,将 600g eggs液炒成eggs片,盛出备用;

1. 锅中下入 200g 大豆油,将 600g 鸡蛋液炒成鸡蛋片,盛出备用;

2. 锅中add 100g soybean oil、1400g green pepper、60g garlic子、20g salt、10g chicken essence,爆炒至green pepper断生;

2. 锅中下入 100g 大豆油、1400g 青椒、60g 蒜子、20g 盐、10g 鸡精,爆炒至青椒断生;

3. 最后加入eggs片,stir-fry均匀serve。
