1. add 150g soybean oil、350g 调理肉丝,炒至肉丝until color changes;
1. 下入 150g 大豆油、350g 调理肉丝,炒至肉丝变色;

2. add 5g dark soy sauce,炒至肉丝上色;
2. 下入 5g 老抽,炒至肉丝上色;

3. 最后add 1000g 芹菜、500g dried tofu、60g 红椒、15g salt、10g chicken essence,大火爆炒 2 minutesserve。
3. 最后下入 1000g 芹菜、500g 香干、60g 红椒、15g 盐、10g 鸡精,大火爆炒 2 分钟出品。
